Bengaluru: Karnataka recorded 71.84 per cent voter turnout in the 14 constituencies in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls held in the state, Election Commission officials stanley tumblers said on Wednesday. The first phase of polling in the other 14 seats in most of the southern and coastal districts was held on April 26.
